Policy & Terms Each project will be discussed in full detail to ensure that both parties are clear on all expectations. Strict confidentiality is kept at all times and if a signed confidentiality agreement is required it shall be of no hindrance to me. Rates and turnaround time are based on several factors:
 1) The type of work required and it's skill level requirment. 2) Company knowledge, this is best worked out over time which is a primary reason for taking advantage of a retainer package. 3) The amount of information provided to complete the project. (i.e. all info is given, just needs put together, no information give, just an idea of what is needed is provided).
Due to these multiple factors I utilize a multifaceted rating system broke into three tier levels. Once we have dicussed the nature of your business and each requierment that you have, I will draw up a customized work agreement which will include the pricing tier that best fits your business needs. All work is subject to your final approval and if any further adjustments are required they will be corrected free of charge. Their may be additional charges incurred while processing your job request (i.e. special customer requested paper and supplies, postage, mail/packaging service, express delivery) each of these items will be presented to you on an itemized invoice at the completion of the project. Each invoice is net 10 days. Rush orders requiring a less than 24 hour turnaround will be subject to the maximum hourly rate of $35.00 plus an additional 50% markup. Return check fee is $35.00

Here is a guide that should help you measure where you may fit before we discuss the details concerning your specific needs: Tier 1: Basic word processing, simple proofreading, maintaining existing templates of data, managing schedule and contacts, electronic filing and clean-up, faxing, email, and telephone forwarding service. $20.00 hour Tier 2: Template creation and data entry, event coordination, internet research, print brokering, mass mailing, simple desktop publishing, presentations with all data provided. $25.00 hour Tier 3: Advanced creative desktop publishing, presentations with no data supplied, advanced Excel graphing and senerios, writing (creative, technical, business) web page design and maintenace, process auditing, consulting, and software training. $30.00 hour
| Retainer Packages Their is no minimum monthly agreement for a retainer package. If you only require services for one month, that is acceptable. Retainer packages are paid monthly in advance. Packages are only available in 5 hour increments. Tier 1 5 hours per month ~ $100.00 10 hours per month ~ $200.00 15 hours per month ~ $300.00 Tier 2 5 hours per month ~ $125.00 10 hours per month ~ $250.00 15 hours per month ~ $375.00 Tier 3 5 hours per month ~ $150.00 10 hours per month ~ $300.00 15 hours per month ~ $450.00

Project-to-Project $35.00 per hour - Signed work agreement shall be addressed before any work is begun.
- 50% of estimated project cost is expected prior to the start, with the remainder due upon completion.
- Minimum of one hour is required.
- Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.
- Additional charges may apply.
